4. Name of the register
User register of Mobile Citizen Reporter service.
5. Purpose for the use of a register
The purpose for the use of a register is to collect
phone numbers of the registered users. The phone number
will be sent to the publisher if and only if user has
registered him/herself and sends material to publisher
in question. No other personal data of the user is not sent
to publishers. The personal data might also be use in case
of misuse of the service and/or copyright infringement.
6. Regular sources of information
The phone number is stored into the data register when user registers to
Mobile Citizen Reporter service using Mobile Citizen Reporter application.
Other personal data (serial number of SIM card, serial number of phone)
are stored every time the user send some material using Mobile Citizen Reporter
service.
7. Validity of the personal data
Validity of the personal data is not checked.
8. Content of the register
Data register of Mobile Citizen Reporter includes following information:
- serial number of SIM card (IMSI)
- serial number of phone (IMEI)
- mobile phone number
9. Outsourcing of the data register
Fromdistance Ltd. does not outsource the information outside the company.
Fromdistance Ltd. might outsource the information according to current legislation.
10. The principles how the data register is secured
The data register is kept on a well-secured server. The people having
access to the information have been named by Fromdistance Ltd. and
they are the only ones allowed to see the personal data.
